The Deal, in Plain English

1. What This Site Is

namecrush.com lists domain names owned and offered for sale by their owner ("we", "us"). By using the site you agree to these terms.

2. Listings and Prices

Prices shown are asking prices in US dollars. They are informational, not a contractual offer: names may be re-priced, reserved or withdrawn at any time before an escrow transaction is opened. A listing does not guarantee a name is available at the moment you view it.

3. Offers

Submitting an offer through the site is an invitation to negotiate. It does not bind you to buy or us to sell. A sale exists only when both sides have accepted a transaction on Escrow.com, on the terms stated there.

4. Payment and Transfer

Every sale settles through Escrow.com. We never accept direct payment, and nobody legitimately acting for us will ever ask you to wire money or send cryptocurrency outside escrow. After escrow funds, we initiate the transfer (registrar push or auth code). Funds are released to us only after you control the domain.

5. What You Buy

You buy the domain name registration only — transferred as-is. Logos, mock-ups and photography shown on the site are illustrations and are not included. Unless stated otherwise in the escrow terms, no website, content, trademark or social account accompanies the name.

6. Trademarks Are Your Homework

A domain name is not a trademark. You are responsible for checking that your intended use of a name does not infringe third-party rights in your industry and country. We make no warranty of non-infringement.

7. Our Responsibility

We warrant that we own each listed name and have the right to sell it. Beyond the purchase price actually paid through escrow, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses — lost profits, lost opportunities or the cost of a rebrand.
